Questions

Do I need a system for tracking clients and deals?

No system yet? No problem. Connect your Outlook email and MyRevenueLeader suggests your clients from your email, and you choose which to keep. Add your deals in a few minutes, or upload a spreadsheet you already keep, saved as a simple spreadsheet file (Excel offers this under Save As).

Does it work with Gmail?

Not yet. Microsoft 365 / Outlook only for now. Gmail and Google Calendar are coming in early 2027: join the waitlist and we'll let you know.

Does it work with HubSpot or ConnectWise?

HubSpot is coming in December 2026. We plan to support ConnectWise, with no date set yet. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when your tools are supported.

I'm in the US. Can I join?

Yes. The USA group starts January 2027. Apply for the founder offer and choose United States.

Is my data safe?

We can only read your Outlook email, never change or send it, and your data is encrypted (scrambled so no one else can read it) while it travels and while it is stored. See our Security page for how we look after it.
