The product

Four things a good sales leader does for you. Every week.

Saves you time, keeps you on top of your numbers, finds the money you're missing and warns you before a deal slips.

1 · Save time

Your week, planned before you open your inbox.

  • The Monday brief, for each person. Owners see the whole business, managers see their team and salespeople see their own deals. A coaching tip for each salesperson, drawn from their own deals, is coming soon.
  • Meeting prep before important calls. Your client meetings this week are listed in your brief. Press Prepare on any one for what to know before you walk in.
  • Suggested emails. For a deal that needs a push, a suggested next step and a short follow-up email you send yourself. Call scripts are coming soon.

Set up in minutes. Connect Outlook, add your clients, then type your deals in or upload a spreadsheet you already keep, saved as a simple spreadsheet file (Excel offers this under Save As). We suggest which companies are your clients from your email, and you choose what to keep.

Coming in November 2026 Deals needing attention and your quarterly target in the brief. Today's brief covers renewals, what's at risk and your client meetings, with Prepare.

2 · Know your numbers

Know where you stand against your target.

  • Monthly recurring revenue and the value of your open deals. What comes in every month, and what is open and waiting to be won.
  • Deals won, how often you win, and how your open deals compare with what's left of your target. How you are doing against your quarterly target, and whether your open deals are enough to close the gap.
  • Where you stand against your target, and how it's worked out. Your target for the quarter next to what you've won and what is open. Every figure has a "How is this calculated?" link that shows its working. Where the quarter is likely to land: Coming in November 2026

Your numbers also show what is at risk and what renews in the next 90 days. A results screen that tracks your starting point and goals over your first 90 days is coming soon.

Example only · made-up company
Tiles from the Numbers screen for a made-up company, Quillmere IT Services, each with a How is this calculated link. On a computer: what is at risk, what renews in the next 90 days, the value of your open deals, what you have won this quarter and how often you win deals. On a phone: the value of your open deals, what you have won this quarter, how your open deals compare with what is left of the target and how often you win deals, then the numbers that are coming later.

The Numbers screen. Each tile has a "How is this calculated?" link.

3 · Find opportunities

We find the money you're missing.

  • Renewals coming up. Every agreement due for renewal, with its value and the time a client has to give notice.
  • Clients ready to grow. Log upgrades and add-ons as deals, and see which need attention. Your client book keeps every client and agreement in one place, so it is easy to revisit them.
  • Stalled and lost deals worth reopening. Deals that went quiet, and deals you lost and why, so you can try again. Coming soon
  • Priorities ranked by dollars. The conversations worth the most come first. Coming in November 2026

Short facts from client emails: off until an owner turns them on. A quote request or a client ready to go ahead becomes a short fact on the deal.

4 · Catch risk early

Hear about a slipping deal while you can still save it.

  • Deals at risk, with a suggested message. Deals with no update for two weeks, a close date that has passed, or no next step, with a suggested follow-up email you send yourself.
  • Renewals at risk. Agreements that have reached the time a client has to give notice, or are past their end date with no renewal recorded, and the dollars that depend on them.
  • Wins and losses in the Monday brief. What you won, what you lost and why, so the team learns from both. Coming soon

Every deal carries a next step, an owner and a date, so each risk has what to do, who and by when.

Example only · made-up company
The Deals screen for a made-up company, Quillmere IT Services: a count of deals on track, needing attention and at risk, then the first open deals with value and stage, expected close date, next step and a risk light. One deal is at risk, with Suggest next step and Update buttons.
